Hosted at Casa Cinque in Lamia, this immersive experience combines three curated culinary and wine experiences with one overnight stay in the elegant Xinomavro Suite.

Program Overview

Day 1 – Arrival, Wine & Cooking Together

🍷 Discovering Greek Wine & Cheese – The Full Experience

As you arrive and settle in, your journey begins with an extended exploration of Greek wine and regional flavours.

• Tasting of 10 curated Greek wines (white, red, orange & dessert)

• Paired with 10 artisan Greek cheeses

• Served with rusks, olive oil, fig paste, nuts and seasonal accompaniments

• Hosted in the wine garden or indoor lounge

A relaxed and elegant introduction to Greek wine culture.

Cook With Us – A Taste of Greek Tradition

Later in the evening, the experience moves into the kitchen.

Together with Evangelia, you will prepare a full Greek dinner:

• Traditional pie

• Main dish

• Salad

• Dessert

Learn authentic techniques, family recipes and small secrets of Greek home cooking.
Enjoy your handmade dinner with wine, conversation and warmth — and leave with recipes to take home.

Day 2 – Slow Morning & Local Ritual

Breakfast at Casa Cinque

Wake up to a slow local breakfast, served in the garden or in your suite:

• Homemade marmalades

• Fresh bread

• Herbal tea

• Village eggs (upon request)

Take your time. Enjoy the quiet. Breathe.

Meze & Tsipouro – A Taste of Old Greece

Before departure, one final ritual:

• Local meze (olives, feta, spreads, bread)

• Tsipouro or ouzo, enjoyed the traditional way

• Stories of the Greek countryside and its pre-lunch rituals
