Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

These terms apply to reservations made directly through cinque.gr for Cinque locations and experiences.

Reservations & Payment

A reservation is confirmed only after the required card payment has been successfully completed.

Cancellations

Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the scheduled reservation time. Eligible cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled reservation time and no-shows are normally non-refundable.

Exceptional Circumstances

If attendance becomes impossible because of a documented exceptional event outside the guest’s reasonable control — for example an official transport prohibition or cancellation caused by severe weather — please contact Cinque as soon as possible. Cinque will review the circumstances individually and may, at its discretion and subject to applicable law, offer rescheduling, a credit, or a refund. This does not create an automatic entitlement to a refund.

Late Arrival

A 15-minute grace period applies. Reservations delayed by more than 15 minutes without notice may be cancelled.

Consumer Information

Reservations for catering or leisure services supplied on a specific date may fall within the exceptions to the standard 14-day right of withdrawal under applicable EU consumer law. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply by law.
