About Evangelia Tseliou\u2013Prassa<\/h2>

Head of Hospitality, Cinque Wine & Deli<\/strong><\/p>

For Evangelia, hospitality is not a service \u2014 it\u2019s a way of life.
Born in Lamia, she grew up in a home that was always open to guests,
where good food and laughter were shared around the table.<\/p>

Her love for wine began in Northern Italy, where she and her husband \u0393\u03c1\u03b7\u03b3\u03cc\u03c1\u03b7 \u03a0\u03c1\u03ac\u03c3\u03c3\u03b1<\/strong> discovered their passion for the vineyard, gastronomy, and human connection.
That passion became a vision \u2014 and in 2012, Cinque<\/strong> was born.<\/p>

Evangelia holds degrees in Dentistry<\/strong> \u03ba\u03b1\u03b9 French Language & Philosophy<\/strong> from the University of Athens.
She speaks English, French, Italian<\/strong>, and is learning Spanish<\/strong>, welcoming guests from all over the world with warmth and authenticity.<\/p>

In 2022, she and Gregoris earned their Olive Oil Taster certification<\/strong> from Paratus Europe<\/em>, continuing their journey of exploring and sharing Greek excellence.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
