Deli.<\/p><p data-start=\"328\" data-end=\"535\">After months of focused, persistent teamwork, Cinque Wine &amp; Deli opens its doors at Agatharchou 15, in the heart of Psyrri, inviting guests to explore a new approach to wine, taste and hospitality in Athens.<\/p><p data-start=\"537\" data-end=\"774\">From the very beginning, Cinque is not positioned as just another wine bar.<br data-start=\"612\" data-end=\"615\" \/>It introduces a concept built around experience, connection and authenticity, where wine and food coexist naturally and hospitality feels personal and sincere.<\/p><hr data-start=\"776\" data-end=\"779\" \/><h3 data-start=\"781\" data-end=\"820\">A Small Space with a Clear Identity<\/h3><p data-start=\"822\" data-end=\"950\">The interior design transforms a compact space into a fully functional wine &amp; deli bar, with aesthetics present in every detail.<\/p><p data-start=\"952\" data-end=\"1286\">Designed by <strong data-start=\"964\" data-end=\"982\">Amalia Pontika<\/strong>, the space reflects a thoughtful balance between functionality and character.<br data-start=\"1060\" data-end=\"1063\" \/>From the color palette and inventive constructions to the small welcoming sign inviting guests to always eat and drink the best, every element expresses the core values of Cinque: simplicity, warmth and respect for quality.<\/p><p data-start=\"1288\" data-end=\"1343\">The design does not seek to impress \u2014 it seeks to host.<\/p><hr data-start=\"1345\" data-end=\"1348\" \/><h3 data-start=\"1350\" data-end=\"1382\">The First Cinque Wine Family<\/h3><p data-start=\"1384\" data-end=\"1570\">At opening, Grigoris Prassas and 12 selected Greek wineries form the first Cinque wine family, presenting 25 carefully chosen wine labels that highlight the diversity of Greek vineyards.<\/p><p data-start=\"1572\" data-end=\"1740\">A rich food menu complements the wine list, designed to pair harmoniously with each glass and support the overall tasting experience as an integral part of the concept.<\/p><p data-start=\"1742\" data-end=\"1830\">Wine and food are treated as equals \u2014 meant to be shared, explored and enjoyed together.<\/p><hr data-start=\"1832\" data-end=\"1835\" \/><h3 data-start=\"1837\" data-end=\"1872\">The People Behind the Beginning<\/h3><p data-start=\"1874\" data-end=\"2031\">The team is completed by Nikos Vasilakis, who guides the first communication steps of Cinque Wine &amp;
