On 18 October 2012, Cinque takes its very first step \u2014 in Lamia.<\/p>

\u0393\u03c1\u03b7\u03b3\u03cc\u03c1\u03b7 \u03a0\u03c1\u03ac\u03c3\u03c3\u03b1<\/strong>, following a different professional path, and Evangelia Tseliou<\/strong>, coming from the medical field, decide to open a small wine bar in their hometown. It is not a strategic expansion and not a business experiment. It is a conscious decision to start close to people, close to reality.<\/p>

At the same time, \u039d\u03b9\u03ba\u03ae\u03c4\u03b1 \u03a0\u03c1\u03ac\u03c3\u03c3\u03b1<\/strong> is a student at the American Farm School of Thessaloniki, learning discipline, values and respect for land, production and knowledge \u2014 elements that quietly shape the philosophy of Cinque from the very beginning.<\/p>

A Place to Train, Observe and Understand<\/h3>

Cinque in Lamia is created as a place of training.<\/p>

The local market is compact, human and direct.
