Each pairing introduces a different Greek region, olive variety and way of using Extra Virgin Olive Oil with food\u2014from bread and salad to smoked pork and ice cream.<\/p>\n

No previous knowledge is required. Our team presents each olive oil and pairing in a relaxed and approachable way throughout the meal.<\/p>\n

The experience includes four Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oils from Lesvos, Thrace, Crete and Ancient Olympia.<\/p>\n

Rather than tasting them on their own, you will discover how their aromas, intensity and character work with four different dishes.<\/p>\n

Bread served with Aegean Gold Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil<\/strong> from Lesvos, produced from the Kolovi and Adramitiani olive varieties.<\/p>\n

The first pairing keeps the food simple, allowing the character of the olive oil to remain at the centre of the tasting.<\/p>\n

Creek Salad & AGES<\/h4>\n

Creek salad with tomatoes, feta cheese and Cretan rusks, paired with AGES Early Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil<\/strong> from Alexandroupolis, Thrace.<\/p>\n

The tomatoes, feta and rusks show how the olive oil works with fresh ingredients, acidity and texture.<\/p>\n

Greek Smoked Pork Tenderloin & Elea Rokka<\/h4>\n

Greek smoked pork tenderloin paired with Elea Rokka Early Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil<\/strong>, produced in Chania, Crete, from the Koroneiki olive variety.<\/p>\n
