About Evangelia Tseliou\u2013Prassa<\/h2>\n

Head of Hospitality, Cinque Wine & Deli<\/strong><\/p>\n

For Evangelia, hospitality is not a service \u2014 it is a way of life.<\/p>\n

Born in Lamia, Central Greece, she grew up in a home where the door was always open, guests were welcomed around the family table, and food, wine, laughter and stories were meant to be shared.<\/p>\n

Her love for wine developed in Northern Italy, where she and her husband, Grigoris, discovered a shared passion for vineyards, gastronomy and the human connections created around a table.<\/p>\n

That passion became the vision behind Cinque, which opened its first wine and deli bar in Athens in 2015.<\/p>\n

Evangelia holds degrees in Dentistry<\/strong> \u03ba\u03b1\u03b9 French Language and Literature<\/strong> from the University of Athens. She speaks Greek, English, French and Italian and is currently learning Spanish, welcoming travelers from around the world with warmth and authenticity.<\/p>\n

In 2022, Evangelia and Grigoris completed their Olive Oil Taster certification<\/strong> with Paratus Europe, expanding their journey into the flavors and traditions of Greek extra virgin olive oil.<\/p>\n
