Your Stay – The Assyrtiko Suite

You will stay in the Assyrtiko Suite, a charming and traditionally styled private apartment designed to feel like a real Greek home.

The suite includes:

Day 1 – Arrival, Wine & Cooking

🍷 Discovering Greek Wine & Cheese – The Full Experience

Begin your journey with Greece’s most iconic flavours.

• Tasting of 10 Greek wines
  (from volcanic whites to structured reds and dessert wines)

• Paired with 10 local cheeses, rusks, dried fruits, nuts, fig paste & extra virgin olive oil

• Hosted in the wine courtyard or your private patio

• Personally guided by Grigoris & Evangelia

🕰 Time: Afternoon / Sunset — approx. 2 hours

Cook With Us – A Taste of Greek Tradition

In the evening, you are invited into the Casa Cinque kitchen — or your own.

• Hands-on cooking of a multi-course traditional Greek dinner
  (pie, main dish, salad & dessert)

• Rustic techniques using seasonal ingredients

• Option to dine privately or share the table

• Stories, wine, laughter and shared plates

Day 2 – Morning Rituals & Farewell

Wake up slowly and enjoy a local breakfast in your suite or courtyard:

Meze & Tsipouro – A Taste of Old Greece
