This is not a group tour. It is a fully private journey for two guests only, personally hosted by Grigoris & Evangelia, with official licensed guides for the archaeological and cultural visits.

Day 1 — Athens, Delphi & Casa Cinque

Your journey begins in Athens, where we pick you up in the morning from your hotel, Athens International Airport, private apartment or an agreed meeting point.

We then start our private drive towards Delphi.

In Delphi, an official licensed guide will lead you through one of the most meaningful archaeological sites in Greece. You will discover the sanctuary of Apollo, the ancient oracle, the landscape of Mount Parnassus and the stories that made Delphi one of the most important spiritual centres of the ancient world.

After the visit, we enjoy a simple outdoor picnic-style snack in the area before continuing our journey towards Casa Cinque.

In the late afternoon, we arrive at Casa Cinque. You will have time to settle into your room, shower, relax and enjoy the quiet atmosphere of the house before the evening experience begins.

The evening begins with a private tasting of ten Greek cheeses paired with ten selected Greek wines. Through each pairing, we explore regions, varieties, producers, textures, aromas and stories from across Greece.

The evening continues with a relaxed BBQ dinner at Casa Cinque, served in the warm and informal spirit of Greek hospitality.

Day 2 — Meteora & Greek Cooking at Casa Cinque

The second day begins with a traditional Greek breakfast at Casa Cinque, prepared with simple local flavors and the feeling of a family table.

We then depart for Meteora, one of the most breathtaking landscapes in Greece. With an official licensed guide, you will explore the monasteries, the dramatic rock formations and the spiritual history of this UNESCO World Heritage Site.

We return to Casa Cinque in the afternoon. Guests have time to rest, enjoy a light snack and prepare for the evening cooking experience.

In the evening, we cook together. This is not a demonstration — it is a hands-on Greek cooking experience around the table.

Guests may prepare traditional dishes such as dolmadakia, handmade pie, bread and hilopites with rooster, depending on the season and the final menu of the day.

After cooking, we sit down and enjoy everything together, as a true Greek family dinner.

Day 3 — Thermopylae & Return to Athens

The final morning begins with breakfast at Casa Cinque before we start the return journey towards Athens.

On the way back to Athens, we stop at Thermopylae, the legendary battlefield connected with Leonidas and the 300 Spartans. Guests may visit the Historical Information Center and learn more about one of the most symbolic moments in Greek history.

After Thermopylae, we continue to Athens for drop-off at your hotel, airport or preferred location.

Booking, Payment & Cancellation Terms

A 30% deposit is required to confirm the reservation.

The remaining balance of €2,695 is due no later than 45 days prior to the arrival date.

For bookings made within 45 days prior to arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.

The 30% deposit is fully refundable in case of written cancellation received at least 40 days prior to the arrival date.

Cancellations or changes made between 39 and 20 days prior to arrival will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total program cost.

Cancellations, changes within 19 days prior to arrival, or no-shows will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

If the remaining balance is not paid by the due date, Casa Cinque will send one written reminder. If payment is not completed within 72 hours of this reminder, Casa Cinque reserves the right to cancel the booking and the cancellation terms will apply according to the date of cancellation.

Date changes are subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing by Casa Cinque.

Any bank charges, card fees or currency exchange differences related to payments or refunds are not covered by Casa Cinque.
