After its Lemnos stop, Cinque’s Tasting Journey turned to Evia in October 2025, with a programme featuring Skoumpris Winery and a Meet the Winemaker evening at Cinque Wine & Deli Psirri.

Meeting Spyros Skoumpris
The evening was announced as an opportunity to meet Spyros Skoumpris and discuss his wines, his work in the vineyard and the place behind the labels. The aim was a direct conversation between the producer and guests.
That personal contact is central to the Tasting Journey: discovering wine through people and their stories.
The October 2025 wine selection
The original programme listed three Skoumpris wines by the glass across the Cinque locations participating at the time:
- Malagouzia, presented as a fresh, aromatic white.
- Flevaris Red, described in the event announcement as a blend of Ritino and Syrah.
- Licario Rosé, presented as a semi-sweet rosé from Evia.

The announced evening: 4 October 2025
The Meet the Winemaker event was scheduled for Saturday, 4 October 2025, at 19:00, at Cinque Wine & Deli Psirri.
The announced €15 ticket per person included:
- A flight of the three wines, 75 ml each.
- A handmade wine pita with Greek cheeses and cured meats, prepared for the evening by Greg, co-founder of Cinque.
- Conversation with Spyros Skoumpris, with questions and wine recommendations.
- Photo opportunities, small surprises and giveaways described in the programme.
Reservations were recommended, with walk-ins subject to space. These conditions refer exclusively to the 2025 event.
A meeting around wine
The programme brought together the discovery of Evian labels, contact with their producer and food created for the occasion. Its purpose was to make wine approachable through a shared table and an open conversation.
About the Tasting Journey
The series was presented as a monthly focus on a small Greek winery, combining wines by the glass with a dedicated event. The October 2025 stop was Evia and Skoumpris Winery; the original announcement left the November destination to be revealed later.
