Hosted across selected locations of the Cinque Wine & Deli network, this experience allows you to explore Greek wine and charcuterie in a relaxed, social and educational setting.

The Charcuterie Clock Concept

At the centre of the experience is a clock-shaped presentation of Greek charcuteries, where each “hour” represents a different product, flavour and region.

Each charcuterie is paired with a Greek wine, creating a structured yet enjoyable journey through:

• Greek wine regions

• Indigenous grape varieties

• Traditional Greek charcuterie and deli products

The format encourages tasting, comparison and conversation, making it both educational and highly engaging.

Greek Wines & Indigenous Varieties

You will taste eight Greek wines (40ml each)
The focus is on indigenous Greek grape varieties, such as:

• Assyrtiko

• Xinomavro

• Savvatiano

• and other native grapes

Each wine is introduced with storytelling, regional context and pairing guidance.

Greek Charcuterie & Deli Pairing

The wines are paired with eight Greek charcuteries, accompanied by:
