The First #WineLover & #LifeLover Reunion at Cinque
A shared table, bottles brought by guests and an international gathering on 11 February 2017.

On 11 February 2017, Cinque Wine & Deli welcomed members of the #WineLover and #LifeLover communities for the gathering remembered in our archive as their first reunion at Cinque.
Guests from Greece, Denmark, Cyprus and the United States met around a BYOB dinner: each brought a bottle to share, along with the story or personal connection behind it.
Bottles with stories
The pleasure of a bring-your-own-bottle evening lies partly in its surprises. One guest’s choice becomes another guest’s discovery, and the conversation moves between places, memories and impressions of the wine.
Our account recalls a relaxed evening of tasting and exchange. People with different backgrounds found common ground in their curiosity and willingness to share.
An international community in Athens
The reunion came ahead of the community’s fifth-anniversary celebration in Cyprus. For those gathering in Athens, Cinque offered a small, welcoming setting to meet and continue the conversation in person.
We also expressed our thanks to Luiz Alberto for his role in the community and for the enthusiasm that helped bring people together. The value of the evening was in those connections.
A table to remember
The original photograph preserves a moment from that February gathering. It belongs to the story of the people who have made Cinque a meeting place over the years.
This is an event archive from 2017. Its BYOB format describes that particular dinner and does not establish a standing bottle-service policy for current visits. Yamas to the friends and stories shared around the table.
