Cinque Aperivino
Aperivino is our Greek approach to the aperitivo: wine, a small accompaniment and time together. This archive records the original February 2026 format and distinguishes it from the next edition.

A Greek Aperitivo
Aperivino brings wine, a small accompaniment and conversation into the same moment. It is an invitation to pause during the afternoon and enjoy Greek hospitality without turning the occasion into a long meal.
Archive note: the format described below was published in February 2026. Its hours, wines and pairings belong to that edition and should not be read as a current menu or availability announcement.
The Original February 2026 Format
The first presentation of Aperivino Rituals described a daily 15:00–19:00 wine hour. It was built around selection and pairing rather than discounts.
The original wine list differed from the main Cinque list. It included international wines, bottles opened for the format, a 0% alcohol option and a low-alcohol option. These were paired with small Greek accompaniments chosen for the wines.
Social and Intimo
Aperivino Social offered selected wines by the glass, in 150 ml servings, with a Greek pairing. It was designed for an informal gathering and a light pause in the day.

Aperivino Intimo focused on bottles to share, with selections outside the standard menu. The original presentation also included an exclusive warm accompaniment during the Aperivino hours.
These two names, the wine selection and the poster reproduced here document that original edition.
The Next Edition
The direction agreed in September 2026 is simpler: wines exclusively from Cinque Selection Edition, with one common accompaniment. The proposed time is 14:00–18:00.
This is the direction for the next edition, not confirmation that the new service has started. The final accompaniment, launch date and availability will be announced separately. Please check with the Cinque team before planning a visit specifically for Aperivino.
Time Together
Across its editions, the idea stays personal: a glass of wine, something small to eat and a welcoming table. Aperivino gives an everyday meeting a Greek character, with room for conversation and discovery.
