The Aperivino selection differs intentionally from the main Cinque wine list.

It includes wines from the international vineyard, labels not featured in the standard menu and bottles opened exclusively during Aperivino hours. The structure of the list has been adjusted to suit early-evening drinking: balanced alcohol levels, expressive aromatics and approachable profiles.

Within the selection you will find:

Off-list bottles available only between 15:00 and 19:00.

Aperivino unfolds in two distinct experiences.

Aperivino Social offers selected wines by the glass (150ml), each served with a thoughtfully structured Greek pairing. These pairings are not additions; they are designed to elevate and complete the wine’s profile. The format is light, direct and suited for a social rhythm.

Aperivino Intimo centers on bottles meant to be shared. These wines are not listed on the standard menu and are opened exclusively during Aperivino hours. The experience is slower and more deliberate. Guests who choose Intimo may also access an exclusive warm pairing that does not appear elsewhere on the menu and remains available only within this time window.
