Cinque Featured in Greece Is
First Edition 2016

Proud to Represent Greek Wine in the Historic Center of Athens

Cinque Wine & Deli is proud to be featured in the very first edition of Greece Is, the prestigious English-language publication by Kathimerini.

This inaugural issue is distributed at the Acropolis Museum and major museums across Athens, presenting contemporary Greece through culture, gastronomy and wine. Being included in this first edition is a great honor for our team and a strong recognition of our dedication to Greek wine.

Celebrating Greek Wine in Psyrri

Located at 15 Agatharchou Street in the historic Psyrri neighborhood, Cinque offers 30 carefully selected labels representing almost every wine-producing region in Greece.

Guests can choose among five different wine flights for a comparative tasting session, each accompanied by small tastes of Greek cuisine. Our goal is simple: to introduce visitors and locals to the diversity, character and authenticity of the Greek vineyard.

Prices range from €3–5.40 per glass and €12–26 per bottle, making high-quality Greek wine accessible in the heart of Athens.

A Small Wine Bar with a Big Mission

Cinque loves Greek wine, and we are very proud to be included in this important publication.

The first edition of Greece Is highlights destinations that shape the modern identity of Greece. Being part of this list confirms our commitment to showcasing indigenous grape varieties, small producers and distinctive Greek labels in an intimate and welcoming setting.

Greek wine deserves its place in Athens’ historic center — and we are honored to contribute to that story.
