Wherever the wines begin their journey, each one meets a carefully selected Greek cheese at the Cinque table. Saltiness, creaminess, maturity and texture reveal another side of the glass and turn every pairing into part of the story.
The experience is guided, but relaxed. You receive tasting notes, information about the wines and regional maps, with time to compare, ask questions and form your own impressions.

The Wine Dilemma Premium offers six themed journeys in the same three-glass format, built around more distinctive and higher-value labels for guests who want to explore the comparison in greater depth.
Both selections include three wines of 75 ml and three Greek cheese pairings. The difference is in the wines selected—not in the quantity served.
There is no correct answer and no predetermined winner. The true dilemma is deciding which story you would most like to taste again.
