About Evangelia Tseliou–Prassa
Head of Hospitality, Cinque — The Greek Wine Journey
For Evangelia, hospitality is not a service — it’s a way of life.
Born in Lamia, she grew up in a home that was always open to guests,
where good food and laughter were shared around the table.
Her love for wine began in Northern Italy, where she and her husband Grigoris Prassas discovered their passion for the vineyard, gastronomy, and human connection.
That passion became a vision — and Cinque opened its first wine and deli bar in Athens in 2015.
Evangelia holds degrees in Dentistry and French Language & Literature from the University of Athens.
She speaks English, French, Italian, and is learning Spanish, welcoming guests from all over the world with warmth and authenticity.
In 2022, she and Grigoris earned their Olive Oil Taster certification from Paratus Europe, continuing their journey of exploring and sharing Greek excellence.
