Evangelia Tseliou–Prassa, Head of Hospitality, and Grigoris Prassas, sommelier and co-founder of Cinque Wine Bars, welcome you to an evening dedicated exclusively to you and your group.

About Evangelia Tseliou–Prassa
Head of Hospitality, Cinque Wine & Deli
For Evangelia, hospitality is not a service — it’s a way of life.
Born in Lamia, she grew up in a home that was always open to guests,
where good food and laughter were shared around the table.
Her love for wine began in Northern Italy, where she and her husband Grigoris Prassas discovered their passion for the vineyard, gastronomy, and human connection.
That passion became a vision — and in 2012, Cinque was born.
Evangelia holds degrees in Dentistry and French Language & Philosophy from the University of Athens.
She speaks English, French, Italian, and is learning Spanish, welcoming guests from all over the world with warmth and authenticity.
In 2022, she and Gregoris earned their Olive Oil Taster certification from Paratus Europe, continuing their journey of exploring and sharing Greek excellence.
