The Cheese Clock is a fun, interactive and educational Greek wine and cheese tasting experience in Athens, designed to introduce guests to the diversity of Greek flavours in a simple and memorable way.

Hosted across selected locations of the Cinque Wine & Deli network, this experience allows you to enjoy Greek wine and cheese in a relaxed setting, right in the city centre.

At the centre of the experience is the Cheese Clock — a circular presentation of eight different Greek cheeses, paired with eight Greek wines.

Each “hour” of the clock represents a different pairing, inviting you to move around the plate and explore:

• flavour intensity

• texture and balance

• wine & cheese interaction

Discover the Greek Vineyard

The wines are selected exclusively from the Greek vineyard and focus on indigenous Greek grape varieties, such as:

• Assyrtiko

• Xinomavro

• Savvatiano

• and other native Greek grapes

All selections are drawn from a collection of over 300 Greek wine labels, showcasing the richness and diversity of Greek winemaking.
