The original account names Ted Lelekas, then Brand Ambassador of Moët Hennessy, and Giovanna Likou as the tasting presenters. Nikitas Prassas, Cinque’s oenologist and sommelier, contributed to the food pairings and curated the cheese platters.
Attention was given to the champagne’s structure, acidity, texture and aromas, alongside the character of each accompanying bite.
